Multiblocks do not render fluids in multiblock pages, as well as via in-world hologram

Describe the bug
Multiblocks do not render fluids that are defined in them, both in the guidebook and in-world.
Multiblock validation checks them correctly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create multiblock that contains (modded) fluid
  2. Create book page of type multiblock and add the multiblock name there
  3. When ingame, open that book page. The multiblock will render the normal blocks, but no fluids
  4. Press the button to place the hologram in-world. Again it will render the normal blocks, but no fluids

Expected behavior
Fluid blocks should render in both cases
