Add bookmark system

- Bookmark page that is an "index mode" page with an unlimited list of bookmarked entries
- Add/Remove bookmark button shown in entry screens.
- Should be displayed with a similar visual to the search screen button
- should not be displayed for leaflets
- Open bookmark page with button over the search screen button
