[1.10.2] AE2 support, again

Now ae2 is a thing again, I want to change grinder and inscriber recipes in 1.10.

Those can be done via its configs (there is a folder that says recipes there but if it works or not yet is a question as well as how to use it)

It can be done in the recipes for AE2
