Issue Description:

Basically I can get blocks to change easily but trying to put minecraft:lava as the input/output is disallowed, despite the fact that the vanilla version of botania converts water to snow.

I have not included logs because though I class as a bug its more a missed thing as causes no crash just tells me it needs to be a block.
