BWM Turntable needs to be able to output items/nothing

Issue Description:

For the BWM Turntable by default, it's able to output nothing, or just its scraps rather than a block, e.g: BWM urn into a clay ball. This is not possible with ModTweaker's Turntable.add function, as detailed on the wiki.
