Could there be a way to specify no modulation on the time, I would like my solar panel array multiblock to start at a specific local tick 0 - 12000 and I don't really need to modulate the data.

i don't really know what this means, if you want a recurring time segment you need the modulo. If you leave the modulo out, it will happen once every forever
