get this error when running MFFS with EnderIO

[Server thread/ERROR] [FML]: Unable to parse dependency for mod 'modularforcefieldsystem' with dependency string 'after:EnderIO'. The modId 'EnderIO' must be all lowercase.

Yes, they're fine (as far as I know, at least)

This has been fixed in this commit.
