starlight collector hatch is not working

my environment:
forge 14.23.5.2855
modular machinery 1.11.11
astral sourcery 1.10.27
modular magic 1.6.2
when i built my custom structure, starlight hatch always shows to message, "Starlight : 0".
also, after rewrite starlight with /blockdata command, starlight had decreasing to 0.
if i put luminous crafting table there, its NBT shows that there are about 1100 starlight.
i looked source code, so i think, dosen't block update when hatch has no starlight?
anyway, thanks for your modding. it's wonderful mod.
