Energy storage is only working on 2 out of the 5 armor/tool items. The other items show the installed energy storage device, but do not show any energy (0/0 FE). Discovered with Advanced Battery installed on all 4 armor pieces plus fist.

Fixed.

charging outside MPA not working yet for these items. The batteries themselves do charge fine when not installed, but neither the armor nor power fist charge when battery is installed.

charging in 1.15.2 works with Mekanism's charging pad, but not the energy cubes. Needs more investigation.

fix implemented (required updating item handler from NBT before looking for energy capability from batteries).
