Usually 3 crafts gives a stack but muffler upgrades gives 4 per craft and 3 is a stack

Wat? No, the recipe gives 4 muffler upgrades, and that's how it's supposed to be. What makes you think it should be 3?

Feel free to change it for yourself with a datapack if you want. But I won't be changing the default recipe.

A max stack in a router is 3 tho?
