No sound or ammo consuption in multiplayer with server file on server AND client

I have a server with, Mo' guns, Timeless and classic and Crayfish Gun Mod.
In solo, no problem but on my server, none of the guns make sounds or use ammo... I don't really know what the error could be.
I use the server special file on the server and the clients...
Me and rainboa1 posted on the curseforge comment section about this with his log, wich is similar to mine.
