Issue description

I've noticed that when taming cats on my Multiplayer server, the count stays at either 6/11 or 8/11. I went to test out the counter in Singleplayer, spawning several variants, both modded and vanilla.
The counter stopped at 1/11, I believe the counting somehow messes up once I tame a modded variant and it no longer increases even when I tame another vanilla ones.
I think this may be an issue with the Wolf variant of the advancement too.

Also during spawning I noticed that even when I specified a vanilla variant of the cat, it would still spawn a random one. Unsure whether that's a mistake in how I wrote the summon command or something else.
