Console spam when using EMI

I'm on 1.20.1 and using EMI on top of JEI to use some of JEI's addons and I keep noticing this in the log:
[Render thread/ERROR] [MoreOverlays/]: Something went wrong. Could not find JEI Search Text Field object
Gets spammed in it quite a lot. The highlight function works fine and I don't have any issues using it but thought you might want to know that it throws the error into the log every time you open the inventory screen or at least I think that's what causes it. Proof is in the log.
seconding this - same issue, every time i open the inventory screen a line gets printed with EMI on top of JEI
