So my issue is, the mod loads into Minecraft, I can SEE the configs (I have both of the required mods) but the mod just has no items in the actual game, nor does it add any planets. Am I missing a setting or something?

Are you sure you're not using dev jar? Maybe uploading game log should help me to analyze.
