The Mod crashes when Origins is installed on 1.19.2 with this mod alongside it.
After some discussion in the quilt server, it seems to be the inject LivingEntityMixin creates a new local variable, which then makes origins/apoli's injection not make sense

To add some clarification your addIceSlipperiness redirect causes mixin to get confused about what origins is targeting, causing a crash.

Id recommend either using some other mixin system such as a modifyVariable or using the existing, vanilla slipperiness system
