Basically as seen on the screenshot above, the biome colorcube (biome color or whatever it's called) does influence the texture tint of grass slabs, stairs and walls. but regarding extra changes to the colors of the grass made by mods such as quark, it doesn't exactly follow the grass block color as expected.
