Describe the bug
The Operator Utilities tab does not show up if you have it enabled in the vanilla Controls settings screen. Additionally, the Survival Inventory tab is offset from its original position.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install MoreCreativeTabs
2. Load a singleplayer creative world with cheats enabled
3. Look for the Operator Utilities tab

Expected behavior
The Operator Utilities tab should be displayed and accessible when the player has the "Operator Items Tab" setting enabled.

Additional context
Initial testing was done in a "dirty" instance with a number of different mods, but additional testing reveals this bug happens even in a clean Minecraft instance with no mods installed other than Quilt Standard Libraries (7.5.0+0.91.0-1.20.1)

Crash Report
The game does not crash.

The operator tab is a known bug. There was a fix merged for it, but it's still being tested before being released.

As for the survival inventory being "offset", that is intentional, as explained here
