The on/off option for powder snow culling was removed in v1.0.0-beta.1, but powder snow culling is working.
And like #165, the gray texture on the top of the grass block is visible.
This is disabled when "BlockState Culling" is turned off.

Are these the intended behaviors?

I tested without Sodium and it occurs.
(1.21.1, Fabric 0.16.5, Cloth Config 15.0.140, Fabric API 0.105.0, More Culling 1.0.0-beta.1)
