all i know what caused this is a lot of item frame rendering in the same time every time i load chunks that have item frame entities in it.
tried in 3 version (1.21.1 to 1.21.3) and crashed only on 1.21.2 and 1.21.3

turning off custom item frame renderer in-game setting fixed it
