Crash When Accessing "Mod Compatibility"

For some reason, the game crashes when attempting to access the "Mod Compatibility" option in More Culling. I'm unsure if this is an issue in More Culling itself or Cloth Config API, since neither the log nor the crash report don't mention either mod directly, and while Cloth Config API's latest version does boot on 1.21.9, it's not officially supported as of yet. I wanted to report this just in case it is a More Culling issue.
If there's no way to tell until Cloth Config API updates to support 1.21.9 officially, then I'll report back after to say whether or not it continues to occur.
