Remove a specific villager trade

Describe the feature/addition!
At the moment, you can only wipe all trades at a certain level. I would like to be able to target a specific item in a specific villager and tell it to remove that one trade.
Why would like to see this feature/addition?
I am making a mod pack and want to update one trade to use a trade that is balanced in the mod pack. I do not know every trade that exists on level 5 cartographer, and it would be inefficient to have to redo all of them except one.

There will be no feature updates for older versions. TradeFilter partially exists for 1.20, but is more of an experimental feature there. You can find some examples in our discord for this.
