Describe the bug
Scrolling through many items in the creative tab or jei tab seems to keep them loaded even after they are off screen, causing major fps drops in gui menus down to 20-30 fps. This bug will stay with you until you re join the world.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have this mod installed
2. Scroll through numerous items
3. Frames drop

Expected behavior
Without this mod installed there are no fps drops when scrolling as items are not staying loaded
