Mobs with multiple skin layers only lose the inner head layer when wearing a mob head

- More Mob Heads: 0.1.0-1.20.1
- Forge: 47.1.39
- Minecraft: 1.20.1
How To Reproduce
- Summon a drowned wearing a mob head from the mod
Expected behavior
Both the inner and outer layer of the drowned head model disappear, leaving only the new head.
Experienced behavior
Only the inner layer disappears
