Moss Fix requires newer Architectury API Version not Available for Forge 1.20.1

Attempting to load the latest version of moss fix and the latest version of Architectury API for 1.20.1 causes a mod load error:

Mod mossfix requires architectury 10.0.9 or above
Currently, architectury is 9.2.14
