this mod didn't work for me changing the percentage of motion blur didn't change anything. What am I doing wrong?

unfortunately this is not possible, after 2016 new versions are not released

Your GPU probably doesn't support OpenGL 2.
Shaders do not work on computers that do not support OpenGL 2.1, as GLSL (OpenGL Shading Language) was introduced in OpenGL 2.
And since (at least if I am not a complete moron) this mod uses shaders.

Same thing, but my cpu and gpu support openGL 2.
