Cursor appears on screen when mod is loaded

AS title says, when mod is active, the cursor appears on the screen as well as the crosshair.
Does it happen with only mouse tweaks installed and no other mods?
I haven't tested it, so it could be a mod conflict, though I have. tried it with an entirely different pack with no common mods and it still occurred. Both times I tried it it was in 1.21.4 if that matters
