You can dupe / give yourself items from the Create item filter, by adding an item to a create filter from JEI menu and mouse scrolling the item. Allowing you to give yourself creative items on servers

This is not a mouse tweaks issue, this is an issue with Create or JEI. Mouse tweaks is entirely client-side so it cannot cause item dupe issues on its own.
