is MouseTweaks compatible with Item Scroller? or does it need a add-on or it is just incompatible?

Idk, doesn't Item Scroller implement basically the same things as Mouse Tweaks?

I am currently using ItemsScroller and I wanted to try mousetweaks but if isn't it compatible I will stay with ItemsScroller because I don't even know what mousetweaks does change between this two
