Every time I log on and want to use the Q+Ctrl function to drop items it doesn't work for some reason. I've tried relogging, and changed my keyboard lang, and restarting the game but it still won't work

Mouse Tweaks doesn't do anything with Q+Ctrl. It's probably some other mod.
