Description of the Bug
This bug occurs in random worlds I create. In some it doesn't, but since I made a new one, this bug occurred.
The bug is that the platform material becomes brighter and starts glowing when elevator is moving, but when it stops, the platform material goes back to normal. For example, oak planks become almost fully white and start glowing like the platform would be made out of neon.

Steps to Reproduce
Can't be reproduced since it occurs randomly when having shaders enabled.
I use Sildurs Vibrant Shaders v1.29 Medium and so if you have these shaders and OptiFine, try it out yourself and see if it occurs.
So, make a few new worlds and make elevator in every one then check if it starts glowing just like in screenshot below.
