Even when I use the /locate command it just doesn't spawn

Unfortunately, due to the way wrought chambers attach themselves to caves, not every Wroughtnaut chamber is actually able to spawn. The locate command will often produce false positives. Instead, I recommend flying underground in spectator mode to locate one.
