Ferrous Wroughtnaught ignoring dimension spawn settings?

(Version 1.5.25 for Minecraft 1.16.5)
Ever since updating to this version, I've noticed the Ferrous Wroughtnaught spawning in the overworld despite me having it set to only spawn in the good dream and nightmare dimensions from good night's sleep.
This was not an issue in prior updates.
