so, my game runs perfect i have 166 mods and my game runs 200FPS + but every time i swing the Axe of a Thousand Metals my game immediately crashes and i don't know how to fix it

Crashes are mostly unrelated to computer specs or game performance. In this case, it seems one of the other mods you have installed is doing a dangerous mixin that is incompatible with Mowzie's Mobs. You'll have to remove mods half at a time until the issue goes away to find which one.

i thouth it might of been a animation mod or something because i have played with the Mowzie's Mod before and it worked perfecly but now just by clicking attack it crashes and it also crashes when i tried to kill "Barako, the Sun Chief" i hit him once with my sword and my game crashed

It could be. There is only one way to find out.

Please report the Barako crash as a separate issue and include the crash log.

Same issues on the modpack "All the Magic: Spellboud" (ver 2.3.0)
