[Feature Request] Config option to remove item tooltips

This would be really really nice. The items in vanilla doesn't really have any tooltips at all, and it can be pretty distracting since the tooltips usually only need to be read once and take up the whole screen. Thank you ver much!
Oh! You can use a resource pack to edit the lang file and remove them. A config option is a good idea too.
It seems that clearing the strings in the lang file leave an empty space in the tooltip
