Version: 1.7.1
Trying to spawn a bluff using apothetic spawners results in world corruption. The fix needed to get the world working again is to use Amulet and delete the spawner

Steps to reproduce:

1. Silk touch a Bluff spawner
2. Place it down
3. Apply soul lantern (may not be needed)
4. Wait for the spawner to try to spawn
5. Crash
