When in MP and some else joins, the Getting Started screen gets displayed

The screen is set to display on a players first time joining. Seems to trigger it for everyone in the server, not just the person who joined for the first time.
MC: 1.12.2
MP Utils: 1.5.6
MP Basic Tools: 1.4.7

Wait.. you mean its sending it to all players, when ever one player joins a server for the first time?

Wow.. cant believe no one has reported this yet. I pretty sure I forgot an if statement. So I think I will have a fix soon. Not sure why ppl got the screen still, cause it prolly shouldn't have happened. But than code doesn't always run as intended.
