Whenever a block is destroyed or used, two sounds will play at once. This is very annoying and has existed for quite some time yet hasn't seen a single fix.

This also happens with all kind of music blocks. It's VERY annoying and makes all the music discs useless because it's an ear rape if you try to play them...
