Plate will refresh the decay of food in terrafirmacraft

To Reproduce
1.put some food in the plate
2.wait
3.the food turn green
4.take the food out,it still green
5.put the decay green food in,food will refresh good

• Mod Version:6.3.1-1.12.2

Temporary, I delete "!" in line 51 of BlockPlate.class
if (!worldIn.isRemote) => if (worldIn.isRemote)
to disable take out food from plate, to make plate decoration only.
Now the item entity not picked up
