[1.12.2] GifDownloadThread SEVERE ERROR

Describe the bug
When you have a MalformedURLException (probably in the modern TV and TV), this crash Linux users, but on windows users, this cause the loading terrain to freeze when the player connect to the server, then the game must be closed with task manager because it's frozen.

To Reproduce
If applicable, the steps to reproduce the behavior:
I don't know how it happens, but i think it caused by TV with malformed Urls

  • Minecraft Version: 1.12.2 forge_14.23.5.2836
  • Mod Version: 6.3.1

Expected behavior:

1 - Patch this bug
2 - A config option to totally disable TV
