[1.17.X] Fridge(Freezer) does not works properly with hopper

ARE YOU USING 1.12? IF SO, I NO LONGER MAINTAIN THIS VERSION AND WON'T BE FIXING BUGS. PLEASE UPDATE TO A NEWER VERSION
Describe the bug
A hopper connected to the output of the freezer immediately discharges a bucket of water loaded as material or ice loaded as fuel instead of frozen ice.

To Reproduce
If applicable, the steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Deploy a Fridge.
- Connect chest and freezer with hopper (from freezer to chest)
- Load ice or water bucket in freezer
- See error
