[1.18.2] No tools in the game hasten mining furniture, due to no "minecraft/tags/blocks/mineable" tags

Describe the bug
Mining with the best possible tool on a furniture takes the exact same time as punching with your hands. This is due to the "minecraft/tags/blocks/mineable" tags not being added to these blocks.

To Reproduce
Place down, for example, a stone table.
use a Diamond pickaxe to mine it.
Try it again, with your bare fists.
Notice it takes the exact same time.

Hello!

I'm kind of having a similar issue. I'm trying out my survival world and I use a stone ax only to find that breaking wood with hand and ax is at the same time.
