Bug description: Console shows slow spam of "Invalid for ticking" after placement of CFM mailbox

Reproduction method:
1: Place mailbox
2: Watch console and see block position, item id and "invalid for ticking" message

Minecraft version: 1.18.2
Mod version: cfm 7.0.0 pre35

Extra Note: Currently noticed on server, using custom modpack Halsion Reach: Precipicea pack version 1.2
