[1.18.2] Fridge Crash in rare cases.

Describe the bug
Fridge can cause crash in certain circumstances, following from the other ticket in Embeddium.
The author also made a suggestion to fix this issue.

To Reproduce
This is quite rare to happen, but once it happens it won't go away until Embeddium is uninstalled.

Please complete the following information:
- Minecraft Version: 1.18.2
- Mod Version: 7.0.0-pre35
Looks like it can happen without Embeddium as well, they originally did have it installed when the crash started for the record.
A lead for this potentially is the engineering table from immersive engineering, they said it started when they put a blueprint into it, could be the other source needed for the ConcurrentModificationException issue.
