Aim Down Sight animation snaps in and out when holding right click

After updating to the latest version, the Aim-Down-Sight (ADS) animation seems to be continuously triggered to play when holding the right mouse button. Not sure if this is caused by a conflict with another mod (list attached), but I can't seem to find a solution.
