I assume it conflicts with the AVP mod and/or it's librarybecuase I'm not the only one having same issues.

It is caused by the "obfuscate" mod that is necessary to use the vehicles or the GunMod.
Incompatibility occurs when I use Jurassicraft, but I've seen other users report the same problem with other mods that add armor.
