Describe the bug
Vertical Slabs don't transmit light levels correcly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Put vertical slabs on 2 blocks next to eachother
2. Put a light source under it
3. See that the light doesn't come out

Expected behavior
The light should work as normal slabs do
