Describe the bug
The Super Star music can be heard by anybody in a radius of 60,000,000 blocks.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make your friend eat a super star
2. You will see that you can hear the music from anywhere

Expected behavior
The sound should be moving with the player and not be loud as this
