? block only modify its loot when another is placed

What happened:
When multiple ? blocks are placed, their loots are the same.
What I expected to happen:
I expected that each ? block would have a different loot each time I click on it.
How to reproduce:
- Place multiple ? blocks.
- Loot them.
- See that they have the same loot.
- Place multiple ? blocks.
- Loot one of them.
- Place another ? block.
- Repeat until you see that the looted ? block has another loot.
