When trying to throw out multiple stacks of items at a time, throw out stacks of items too fast after one another, or simply hold q on a stack of items and throw each one out individually, some items will appear back into the players inventory. Happens with only multiconnect installed and with other mods installed alongside multiconnect when connecting to a 1.16.4/5 server on a 1.17.1 client.
