I can't say this for sure but I think one of my mods is causing this issue I can send you my mods folder if you like please help me fix this issue.

It's up to you to figure out which mod is causing the issue, then you can tell me which one.

What mods do you use?
First of all, make sure that without other mods, the problem remains (when only multiconnect is installed). If the problem remains with only multiconnect, please provide more technical information.
If the problem is gone, return half of your mods and try to get the problem to appear again. When the problem starts to occur again, look for the problematic mod among those that you just added.

UPD: It would be nice to see logs and crash report.
